- To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 24 hours of booking and at least 14 days prior to arrival date.
- If they cancel 14 days or more before arrival, but not within 24 hours of booking, you will receive a voucher to redeem on your next stay.
- If you cancel within 14 days before the start of your stay, you will not be refunded the amount you paid for your booking.
